    • Staggered Layout: Efficient Seat Layout

      Asiana Airlines became the first Korean airline to adopted a Staggered Layout aircraft configuration to enable more fluid in-flight circulation. The previous 32-seat layout was replaced with a 24-seat layout, and the space allocated to each passenger was expanded, providing a better level of in-flight environment.

    Those eligible for service
    The chauffeur service is availableat the time of arrival at Incheon International Airport to all passengers who purchased Asiana Airlines Business Smartium class round-trip tickets for the route from the U.S., Sydney or Europe.
    (Mileage award and upgrade tickets, 50 percent-plus discounted tickets, tickets endorsed to other airlines, and U, I, R class tickets are excluded.)
